To get the special convention rate you must identify
yourself as part of the "Avalon Game Conventions"
group.
This rate is only guaranteed until May 25, 2009 at
midnight. After that, prevailing rate will be charged.
Special Small Print Information:
Reservations received on or after May 25, 2009 will be
accepted based on availability at the prevailing guest
room rate. In order to confirm a room reservation, we
require a first night guarantee. Check and major credit
cards are acceptable to establish this guarantee.
Changes and/or cancellations of guest rooms can be
made up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
What this means is that the hotel will charge your card for
the first night of your stay....but that you can still cancel
and receive the amount refunded to your card up to 48
hours before your scheduled arrival date.
